Burn 500 Calories A day without working out

Avoid taking nuts:
If there is a big bowl of nuts then it is not necessary for you to plunge into it and swallow everything but it is good if you take it in limited amounts as it is a good fat. But yes if you completely cut it out then you can save about 500 calories.

Dont gulp down infront of TV:
Have an eye on what you eat and how much you eat; sitting infront of a TV and consuming food will always make you consume more than your appetite.

Use smaller plates:
Dont use big plates to have your meal because; by using smaller plates you will get to know that your consumption is always equal to how much ever is your appetite. And not more than that or else you will start over feeding yourself and thus you will make it excess of calorie consumption and thus choose your plate smartly.

Avoid taking junk foods:
Every bite of junk food you take you have to pay it with the increase of your fat and the more you increase your fat you will loose energy and stability and will lack performance in your daily activities.
